He immigrated in the late 80s to Queensland with his family and continued to sell property in the Western suburbs of Brisbane. Richard embarked on a successful career in the corporate world in the mid 90s as a State Sales Manager for a National and International Cash Logistics Company based in Brisbane. Valuable experience was gained in negotiating at all levels of business from the Boardroom to the Backroom. This phase of his life changed in 2007 when he followed the dream of living in Australia's playground, the Gold Coast, and seeking to return to his passion of Real Estate, Richard joined Black & Young Commercial Real Estate. Since that time Richard has demonstrated his ability as an enthusiastic and honest Sales and Leasing Agent with superior negotiating capability.
